Inspired by her grandmothers, Janet and Diane, whose kitchens were always filled with warmth, laughter, and the kind of comfort only food can bring, Mariah created this brand to honor their legacy and share that same joy with others.
Why Janet Diane?
Some of my favorite memories were made in the kitchen, standing beside my grandma, rolling out dough for homemade cinnamon rolls. The smell of cinnamon and sugar filled the air, and the simple joy of being together made those moments unforgettable. That’s where my love for cooking began - not just in the food itself, but in the comfort, connection, and love that came with it.
As life grew busier, I found myself spending less time cooking. That changed when I had the opportunity to live in Italy, where I rediscovered the beauty of slowing down and savoring each meal. There, food wasn’t rushed, it was celebrated. I explored local markets, learned traditional techniques, and came to appreciate the craftsmanship behind the tools and ingredients that turn cooking into an art. Those experiences reshaped how I view food, culture, and community.

It was created from a lifetime of learning, creating, and finding joy in the kitchen - experiences that shaped my appreciation for food and the person I’ve become.
